Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the strategic execution and daily management of digital marketing initiatives across multiple business entities. This role plays a critical part in driving brand visibility, lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple brands while maintaining consistent messaging and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
Manage keyword strategy, bidding, ad copy, and conversion tracking
Own marketing funnel from lead capture through CRM handoff and automation workflows
Maximize ROAS and cost-efficient customer acquisition
Website & SEO Management
Maintain and update websites for performance, UX, and SEO best practices
Manage local SEO (Google Business Profiles, directories, backlinks)
Optimize technical SEO elements including schema markup and Core Web Vitals
Content Creation & Brand Messaging
Develop blogs, newsletters, landing pages, emails, social posts, and marketing materials
Coordinate or produce visual assets (photos, short-form video, graphics)
Reputation & Review Management
Monitor and respond to online reviews across platforms
Implement review generation strategies tied to customer lifecycle
Social Media & Community Engagement
Manage content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
Engage with followers and track performance metrics
Analyze audience growth and social-driven lead attribution
Email Marketing & Automation
Create newsletters, drip campaigns, and lifecycle email communications
Manage segmentation, deliverability, and performance tracking
Multi-Brand Coordination
Ensure brand consistency across messaging and visual identity
Coordinate cross-brand campaigns and track integrated results
Public Relations & Outreach
Assist with press releases, media outreach, and award submissions
Support campaigns related to company milestones, expansion, and community involvement
Contribute to crisis communication strategies
Analytics, Reporting & Marketing Technology
Manage tools including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag
Implement UTM tracking and maintain attribution standards
Build reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI
Vendor & Budget Management
Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers
Monitor budgets, campaign ROI, and deliverables
Manage marketing platforms and tools
Internal Communication & Employer Branding
Support recruiting campaigns and employer branding initiatives
Assist with internal messaging and professional brand presence
Strategic Marketing & Improvement
Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and market trends
Recommend scalable strategies to improve performance and efficiency
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or related role
Strong knowledge of:
Google Ads, SEO, social media platforms
Email marketing and website management
Experience with:
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CMS platforms, CRMs, and marketing automation tools
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and digital marketing tools
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business
Experience managing multi-brand or multi-entity marketing efforts
Familiarity with local SEO, paid social, and reputation management
